Seems like there’s only one manicurist who knows what she’s doing. Three times I went to get my nails done and three times the manicurists I was sitting with needed help from one particular manicurist. The first time I went the girl didn’t know how to file and shape the almond nails I wanted so she called over the manicurist to help. She also didn’t do the acrylic tips correctly and as they grew out, there was a gap between my nail and the tip on 8 of my nails. I2 weeks later I went back for a fill in and to correct the tip issue and again the other manicurist had to show her how to correctly do the tips. I spent over 4 hours in the salon as she had to remove and correct each nail. The last time I sat with a different girl who did the fill in correctly and didn’t need help with shaping, however I asked for cat eye polish and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She showed me a color close to it and I agreed. Again, she don’t not know how to do the cat eye and called the other manicurist over to help. Even as the experienced manicurist is explaining the process on how to do the cat eye she is proceeding with just layering polish on my nails without listening to instructions and still got it wrong. I was there 2 hours at this point and was frustrated to the point that I didn’t even want her to fix it. It looked nothing like the pic I showed her and she did it all wrong. I won’t be going back. The first pic is what I got and the second is what I wanted. They don’t look anything like the pic.
